Kaamil Willis
Kaamil is a team-player who thrives on collaborative, engaging environments where there is a commitment to producing the best outcomes for the client or end-user. His thorough approach to architectural design has resulted in aesthetically pleasing and well-considered buildings.
Kaamil graduated with a Bachelor of Architectural Studies Degree from the University of Cape Town in 2012 with distinction in Design & Theory and was awarded the Arcelor Mittal Prize for best innovative design. He continued post-graduate studies at UCT, completing the Masters in Architecture in 2018.
Kaamil’s research and design interests lie in architecture that is aesthetically bold/distinct, spatially/experientially captivating, technologically/architecturally innovative, user/people oriented, and appropriately responsive to its context across different scales. During his extensive work experience, Kaamil has worked with and learned from highly skilled architects. His involvement in various projects provided him with valuable knowledge and skills on all the architectural work stages from inception to close out.
