About
On a steep corner site in Camps Bay, House Otto rises toward views of the Atlantic Ocean, Lion’s Head and the Twelve Apostles. Stepped levels follow the hillside, opening the living spaces onto a broad terrace and pool. Above, a curved upper volume responds to the changing light and outlook, with bronze louvres framing views while offering shade and privacy. A sweeping roof window draws mountain views and daylight into the home, connecting each level to the surrounding landscape.
